Amir’s path into communication coaching wasn’t something he planned. It started in a Kuala Lumpur corporate office where he noticed talented young professionals—people with great ideas—freezing up during presentations. That bothered him. So he went back to school, studied communication psychology, got certified in presentation design, and eventually built a coaching practice focused on solving that exact problem.
Today, he’s trained over 2,000 professionals across Malaysia’s corporate and public sectors. His clients range from startup founders pitching investors to government officials addressing parliament. What they all share? They came in nervous. They left confident. And more importantly, they learned frameworks they could actually use—not theoretical stuff that sounds good but doesn’t work in real meetings.
